Nusuk has not restored the functionality to review and configure packages on their site, we have been advised this will be happening shortly, we will keep you updated on whatsapp and updates.

Prepare by having your top 1-5 choices of packages noted down on paper on the side, and have your E wallet filled with the funds to cover the cost of your package and flight.

InshAllah I wanted to share a few quick reminders to help you prepare for once registration opens.

1. Renew your intention (this is part of your hajj journey, let it begin with best if intentions).
2. Sabr is half of eman. This process is going to be just that, a process. The system is known to have delays, crash, etc. Mentally prepare best you can. Give yourself time for the booking.
3. Step away and take a breathe when you need to, don't get worked up if things are getting frustrated. 
4. We'll do our best to support you here, but we're all working with the same system.
5. Look at this process as a means of preparing for your hajj journey. The wait, delays, sabr is what you'll need when you go. InshAllah this is the small prep.
6. If things don't go ideally don't lose hope. Ppl still register in the coming days etc. Not all is lost. When your invited by Allah it will happen InshAllah, just keep having a good opinion.

Update from Nusuk:

We have been advised that they will give us atleast 24 hr notice inside the nusuk portal before the packages are live. They have not stated where but likely it will be the dashboard.

This means will all probably find around the same time,  and alhumdulilah can be a bit more relaxed.

What is still recommended is to make sure your contact information on the rawafminaguides portal is correct ie phone and email so you get notice.

Also this is what they have said, could it happen that Nusuk changes plans, yes this is possible too, but since they have announced it inshallah they will follow through.

When reviewing packages keep in mind if you select a Rawaf Package with our 4 preferred hotel ( Adress, Legend, Holidayinn or Emaar Al Noor) those are the packages that you are guaranteed an Al Maghrib guide the entire hajj ie at the hotel + Mina camps

If you select any other Rawaf package you are only guaranteed an Al Maghrib guide only at the Mina camps, no guarante for the hotels.

 Before selecting packages in nusuk Make sure you have watched the tutorial in the Rawaf portal and seen the packages section in the portal

5) *Decide on your top 4 packages*, in nusuk, configure your top choice and leave it in your cart, including flights, then load your Wallet with the amount of your package. They are not available to anyone for purchase yet, only to save in your cart, once it is available we will inform you via phone email and on the chat.

- You can only configure and save *1 package at a time* in the cart, clear the cart to do another package 

- To search a package from the list, just put the number in the search box for eg. For

"Rawaf TheAdress 370' just type '370' in the search, or use the urls links provided.

- We suggest you access nusuk from your computer or laptop, the website sometimes acts up when accessing it on other devices like your phone or ipad/tablet. 

- We found nusuk works best on Chrome, if something is not working or you are getting errors, try clearing your history, cache, and accepting nusuk cookies. Also sometimes the sites just acts up, give it a few minutes, log out and log in again.

- The site seems to log you out if you start working outside the site.

This is fresh from a meeting we had on flights, we are aware that some pre-loaded flights do not match up exactly with the dates of the package accommodations.

If your preloaded flight departs after your accommodation checkout is, Rawaf will cover the increased days in your stay, similar if your Preloaded flight lands a bit earlier. 

Nusuk will not allow anymore flight additions to their portal, which means neither Rawaf or anyone can adjust Preloaded flights now.

As Al Amaghrib guides we are offering a layer on top of what the hajj ministry is providing, ie the Al Maghrib flavour to the experience, Al Maghrib programming, training etc. No one is able to alter what the ministry decides, we are guiding you through the process, to support you in the hajj journey to have an epic experience of a lifetime inshallah bi'idnillah

Pre-loaded flights: Despite some package flight combos not being aligned, we are still now encouraging everyone to select Preloaded flights because:

1) Cheaper 

2) You will have more group company inshallah

*3)The prices of custom flights will fluctuate as hujjaj start booking, so if you were choosing a custom flight now, it's price is likely to fluctuate as more hujjaj book it once packages go live*

What it means for you:

- With these new updates we continue to emphasize the need to book a Preloaded flight. Only book a custom flight  if you are comfortable with the 3 points above.

Some hujjaj are using the option of flying to an airport from which a Preloaded flights are departing from, you may use this.
